During my Christmas stay, the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel offered a veggie option for both breakfast and dinner. the scrambled eggs with onions were particularly enjoyable. there were stunning views of the surroundings.
Sadly, I found the staff unwelcoming, and the language barrier between us made it even more challenging to communicate. It was particularly uncomfortable as we had difficulties understanding what was included in our half-board package.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a charming mountain village with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff, though not the friendliest, were able to communicate with us despite the language barrier. They surprised us with a last-minute vegetarian meal, which was a pleasant surprise. The veggie breakfast options were also enjoyable, especially the scrambled eggs with onions.
The staff's lack of friendliness was a downside, possibly due to the language barrier. It would have been more welcoming if they made an effort to be more accommodating.

The location of the hotel is great, as it allows us to easily explore the surrounding area. We managed to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, and they were able to provide us with vegetarian meals. the veggie breakfast of scrambled eggs and onions was particularly enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a restaurant and friendly service.
The overall friendliness of the staff could have been improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. Despite the language barrier, the staff managed to communicate with us and were very accommodating. They even provided a last-minute veggie meal for one of us, which was delicious. The breakfast also had a tasty veggie option of scrambled eggs with onions. the cleanliness, facilities, parking, and transportation were all satisfactory.
